Not sure if it’s this way in the U.K., but in the states they use the same sleeve art for both Gentle Giant and Three Friends. Not sure if any other artist has done this.

I had to check this out but the three friends sleeve is different but doesn’t look like a Gentle Giant sleeve at all- I have no memory of it and mysteriously it’s not on Spotify. Still a mystery,

I visited Wikipedia. Evidently the UK (Vertigo) original release has a blown glass-styled “three friends” sitting together with a seagull in the middle. I rather like it. The U.S. and Canadian version (Columbia) used the same sleeve as the debut, but a slightly different tinting, and with the band name and album title on top. Fun stuff.
